Story:
Even trivial mistakes are unforgivable; they are the ones that lead to your downfall.
Vikram plays the role of an advocate named Ramanujam. Nedumudi Venu is his father, Parthasarathy.
Vikram has plenty of different 'getup's in the film. "'Anniyan' is someone who lives in each and every individual," says director Shankar.
For the first time Harris Jayaraj is composing music for a Shankar film.
The film's highlight is the Thiruvaiyaar music festival. Well known exponents like Kunnakudi R Vaidhyanathan, Sudha Raghunathan and Unnikrishnan appear in the scene, which is a recreation of the real festival.
Vikram accepts Shankar's statement that he might never get to play such a role again in his entire career!

The story line is similar to SAMURAI where the hero is the same Vikram & Music Director is Harris.

budget itself have crossed 20 cr (i heard). why Oscar Ravichandran is making such a big mistake i donno.
